When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, your organisation if supplied, and the message you enter. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss a possible collaboration. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the contact form.

How the website processes enquiries

The website and email delivery providers process the technical information necessary to deliver your request. The contact form includes validation and basic abuse prevention. We do not use your enquiry details for a mailing list without a separate request.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond and manage the related correspondence, subject to applicable record-keeping duties. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a concern about its use.
